In 2008 the Conference and Exhibition welcomed the high-level speakers and delegates from the International Association of Ports and Harbors-IAPH, the European Sea Port Organization-ESPO, ILO UN Port Sector and the Shanghai International Port Group among many others.
Russian ports have continuously been the key factor for the economic and foreign trade development of the country during the last 20 years. The Russian ports form the basic element which connects sea, inland waterways transportation, short-sea shipping and which influences directly the railway, road and air transportation of Russia.
Since 2010,“TRANSTEC” Organizers have become associated members of IAPH .For Russia it is very important to construct a highly developed port industry to benefit from the country’s neighbouring position with China, India, Hong Kong, US and the EU as matured economies.
