Covering gastronomy, fast food, catering, food trades, baking, and many other sectors, Sirha is the only exhibition in the world that brings together all sides of the food service industry.
This year the Sirha Exhibition will take place in Lyon, from January 26th -30th 2013.
Last year at Sirha 2011 there were over 2200 exhibitors including, 570 international from 22 countries, 162,615 visitors, including 17,900 international visitors, 10,420 leaders from around the world, more than 536 new features, including 275 the world premiere items, on a total area of 120,000 square meters of exhibition space.
