Metro China 2010 was launched successfully at SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Center) from May 19 to 21, 2010.It was organized by China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and Intex Shanghai Co. Ltd., co-organized by IMAG (Internationaler Messe und Ausstellungsdienst GmbH), supported by Department of Basic Industries of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Department of Urban Construction, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MHURD) and China Civil Engineering Society, and managed by Shanghai Tian He Convention & Exhibition Co Ltd.For this edition, the event scale is the same as that of last edition, with a total exhibition area of 18,000 m2. 270 renowned enterprises from 22 countries and regions like Germany, Britain, US, Canada, France, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, Holland, Belgium, Singapore, Israel, Finland, Malaysia and mainland China participated in the exhibition. The amount of exhibitors increased by 18.4% compared with last edition. 31 foreign enterprises were recruited through four national pavilions, such as France, Germany, Japan and South Korea. The number of visitors amount to 6,912. |
